1. Services Offered

Aircraft Godown provides private jet charter services, including one-way flights, round trips, and Empty Leg bookings, through a global network of aircraft operators. We act as an intermediary between customers and certified aircraft operators, ensuring a seamless booking experience.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Aircraft Godown reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payments

Key Points:

• All bookings are subject to aircraft availability and operator confirmation.
• Pricing is subject to change based on route, aircraft type, and additional services.
• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods approved by Aircraft Godown.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking. In most cases:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Bookings canceled within 7 days of the departure time are generally non-refundable.
• Empty Leg flights are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.

5. Passenger Conduct

All passengers must comply with safety protocols and the operator’s terms of flight. Any inappropriate behavior, damage to the aircraft, or violations of laws may result in cancellation of the flight and additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aircraft Godown is not an aircraft operator and does not own or maintain any aircraft. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, operational issues, or accidents caused by third-party operators. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Insurance

All flights are operated by certified and insured aircraft operators. Clients are advised to review and understand the operator’s insurance coverage prior to confirming a flight. Additional travel insurance is recommended.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is used solely for service delivery, communication, and improving user experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except where legally required. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

Aircraft Godown is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, government regulations, or natural disasters.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Aircraft Godown is a brand name operating under Sonic Aviation & Oceanics Global Private Limited, a company registered in India. All transactions, legal responsibilities, and communications are managed under this registered entity.
